This Privacy Policy explains how Wiz Health, LLC ("Wiz," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit wizhealth.com or another website that links to this policy (the "Site").
This policy applies to the public marketing Site and related business inquiries. It does not replace any privacy notice, business associate agreement, data processing agreement, or customer contract that may govern Wiz's services for a clinic or other customer.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, information collected automatically when you use the Site, and limited information from referral or campaign links.
- Contact and business information, such as your name, work email address, telephone number, company or clinic, monthly visit volume, and whether that volume is a per-clinic average or an aggregate across all clinics.
- Inquiry information, such as the page or form you used, your message, demo, checklist, or sample-estimate request, and follow-up preferences.
- Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and dates and times of access.
- Cookie and preference information, including access, consent, and analytics or advertising-measurement choices.
- Campaign information, such as source, medium, campaign, and landing-page parameters when you arrive through a tagged link.
How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you submit a form or contact us. We and our service providers may collect technical and usage information through cookies, pixels, tags, logs, and similar technologies. We may also receive referral or campaign information from the link that brought you to the Site.
How we use information
We use personal information only for legitimate business purposes connected to the Site and our relationship with prospective or current customers.
- Respond to questions, schedule demos, provide requested materials such as the Pre-Visit Revenue Checklist, and follow up on business inquiries when you choose that option.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site and its forms.
- Understand Site traffic, campaign performance, and how visitors use our content.
- Measure and improve our marketing, subject to applicable consent and opt-out choices.
- Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, or other harmful activity.
- Comply with law, enforce our terms, and establish or defend legal claims.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate page views on the public Site. Vercel states that Web Analytics does not use cookies and stores anonymized data. We use Vercel Speed Insights on the canonical production homepage to measure anonymous Core Web Vitals such as loading, responsiveness, and visual stability. Vercel states that Speed Insights datapoints are not tied to or associated with an individual visitor or IP address and do not contain information that would enable Vercel to reconstruct a browsing session across pages or identify a user. Wiz removes query strings and fragments before Speed Insights events are sent, excludes private access and dashboard routes from Web Analytics, and limits Speed Insights to https://wizhealth.com/. These Vercel measurements operate separately from the optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity consent choices described below.
The Site uses strictly necessary technologies for access, security, and privacy preferences. On public Site routes, Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measurement. Before you make a choice, analytics storage and continuous masked session insights are enabled for United States traffic; other traffic starts with analytics storage denied and limited cookieless measurement. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization remain denied for everyone. When analytics storage is denied, Google and Microsoft may still receive limited cookieless measurement signals, such as the page URL, IP address, browser or device information, referrer, and interaction events.
Google Analytics measures visits and confirmed conversions. Microsoft Clarity creates masked session reconstructions and click or scroll heatmaps so we can understand how visitors navigate the public Site; all input contents are masked, and private access and dashboard routes are excluded. Accepting enables analytics storage and continuous session insights globally. Rejecting denies analytics storage, deletes or prevents Clarity analytics cookies, and ends cross-page session continuity, although limited cookieless measurement may continue. Confirmed lead-form conversions measured in Google Analytics may also be imported into Google Ads as Secondary conversion measurement. We do not use Google Analytics to build audiences or export them for advertising. That import does not enable Google Ads cookies, a direct Google Ads conversion tag, advertising audiences, personalization, remarketing, paid-social pixels, advertising storage, advertising user data, or advertising personalization; those remain disabled unless a later notice and separate control expressly state otherwise.
Use the Site's consent controls to accept or reject optional technologies. A persistent Privacy choices control lets you revisit that decision. When you make or revise a choice, we keep a pseudonymous receipt containing the choice, the analytics and advertising-storage settings it produced, whether Global Privacy Control was present, the Site page, the applicable notice and Privacy Policy versions, and the time. The receipt does not contain your name, email address, form contents, IP address, or browser user-agent string. You can also adjust browser settings, although blocking necessary technologies may affect Site functions. Where supported, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out signal for advertising-related storage, user data, and personalization.
How we disclose information
We may disclose the categories described above to vendors and other recipients for the purposes in this policy. We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for purposes outside the services they provide to us.
- Hosting, cloud database, storage, security, form-processing, email, and customer-relationship providers.
- Vercel Web Analytics for cookie-free, aggregate measurement of public Site page views, and Vercel Speed Insights for anonymous Core Web Vitals on the canonical production homepage.
- Analytics and conversion-measurement providers, including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Ads for imported Secondary conversion measurement, subject to the regional defaults and privacy choices described above. Advertising storage, audiences, personalization, and remarketing remain disabled under the current Site privacy choice.
- Professional advisers, such as attorneys, auditors, insurers, and consultants.
- Government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
- A buyer, investor, successor, or adviser in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. The current Site configuration does not activate advertising audiences, personalization, remarketing, or paid-social pixels. If a later advertising tool discloses online identifiers or Site activity in a way treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising processing under applicable state law, we will provide the required notice and control before activation. You may reject optional analytics storage, use a recognized opt-out preference signal where supported, or contact us to request an opt out.
We do not knowingly sell sensitive personal information or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about Site visitors.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why we collected it. Pseudonymous Site privacy-choice receipts expire after 13 months; a revised choice creates a new receipt linked to the prior receipt so the change can be audited during that period. We may delete or deidentify information when it is no longer needed.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal information; access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of it; and opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, sharing, or profiling. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email by using the link in the message or contacting us. We may still send non-marketing communications related to an active request or business relationship.
Sensitive information
The Site is a business-to-business marketing website. Its forms are intended for business contact and inquiry information, not patient records or other sensitive health information. Please do not include patient information in a Site form.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Visitors outside the United States
Wiz is based in the United States. If you access the Site from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable law and contractual safeguards where required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices, services, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the last-updated date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
