The offer is for the first 50 new PT, OT, and speech therapy clinics that sign a three-month minimum Wiz agreement by October 31, 2026, inclusive. Your agreement must be signed by the deadline; setup does not have to be complete by then. We will confirm your enrollment and launch schedule with you.
January 2027 fees for Eligibility Verification Core and Eligibility Reverification are waived. Core includes insurance verification, patient estimates, and results updated into your EMR. Prior authorization is a separate paid add-on.
Wiz checks therapy-specific benefits based on your payer contracts and lets you know if authorizations are needed. It uses your clinic's allowed amounts and payer rules to calculate patient estimates for evaluation and treatment visits. It also rechecks benefits every month when reverification is included. We can compare that workflow with what your clinic already uses during the call.
No. If January falls within your initial three-month commitment, it counts toward those three months. If your initial three months end before January, you still receive January verification and reverification free under the offer. For example, an October start pays for October through December and receives those services free in January. A November start receives them free in January within the initial three-month commitment.
For an October 15 start, service under this offer continues through January 31, 2027. January verification and reverification remain free. Your agreement sets out your launch date, service dates, and billing schedule.
You can decide whether to continue using Wiz and which optional services to keep. The offer requires a three-month minimum, not an additional paid month because January is free. Your service agreement sets out renewal and cancellation arrangements.
