Eligibility, included services, service timing, and the three-month minimum for Wiz's January 2027 offer.
Who the offer is for
The offer is available to the first 50 new physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy clinics that sign a minimum three-month Wiz agreement by October 31, 2026, inclusive. The agreement must be signed by the deadline; setup does not have to be complete by then. Wiz confirms enrollment and the launch schedule with each clinic.
Required subscription
The required subscription is Eligibility Verification Core, which includes patient estimates and benefits updated into the clinic's EMR. Clinics are not required to purchase Prior Authorization or reverification outside the January offer.
January fees that are waived
Fees for January 2027 Eligibility Verification Core and Eligibility Reverification are waived. This includes verification, patient estimates, and EMR updates for new patients, plus the January reverification workflow for existing scheduled patients described below.
Services that remain paid
Prior Authorization is optional and billed at the agreed rate, including during January. Subscription fees for services outside January are governed by the clinic's agreement. The offer does not make prior authorization or the entire subscription term free.
Patient and payer scope
The offer applies to supported insurance-verification workflows. Workers' compensation cases, personal-injury cases, and non-covered services are excluded. The clinic's supported payers and workflow configuration are established during onboarding. Cases requiring clinic input are flagged for review.
December preparation and January checks
In late December, Wiz begins checking patients scheduled for the first two weeks of January. After January 1, Wiz rechecks those patients, updates patient estimates, and alerts the clinic to changes. Both the late-December preparation and the January recheck are included free. This does not waive other December subscription fees. The remaining scheduled January patients are reverified once during January. Updated benefits and patient estimates are entered automatically into the clinic's EMR. The clinic reviews flagged cases.
How January counts toward the commitment
January may fall within or after the initial three-month commitment. If it falls within the commitment, it counts toward the three months even though the covered January fees are waived. If the initial three months end before January, the clinic still receives the covered January services free under the offer. The clinic's agreement records its service dates and agreed rates.
Mid-month starts
For a clinic starting October 15, service under this offer continues through January 31, 2027. The covered January verification and reverification fees remain waived. Other launch dates and billing schedules are set out in the clinic's agreement.
After the minimum commitment
The clinic may choose whether to continue using Wiz after the minimum commitment and whether to retain optional services. Renewal and cancellation arrangements are set out in its service agreement.

Eligible new clients may combine this offer with the 3× Savings Guarantee. The guarantee remains subject to its separate eligibility, measurement, and claim terms.
